1. Eligibility
Full refund available within 14 days of first purchase. After 14 days, refunds are not provided.
2. How to Request
Email with your account email and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
3. Processing
Refunds are processed via Paddle to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Cancellation
Cancel anytime in account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No refund for partial periods.
